Together we build our Water District, and so I encourage all the clients to support our every effort to improve our system.

The birth of our Water District will hopefully pave the way to more progress in the lives of the people in the various sectors in Dingle-Pototan.

This inauguration day sets another record of achievement for the local government of Dingle-Pototan, the Third District of Iloilo and the Province. It is an achievement we credit to our government leaders.

Water is one of our basic needs and its abundant suply is "wealth". Let us be glad to experience the grace of a potable water. Let us learn to conserve water and always support our water district.

Let us all learn to insist on QUALITY and RELIABILITY!
